At the North Conway Chiropractic Center we focus not on the
patient's pain, but rather, their health. Our goal is to help them
attain a state of optimal health through safe, natural, chiropractic
techniques. However, this does not mean that we do not treat the
injuries and complaints that bring the patient to our office. Dr.
Kenney's extensive post-doctoral training in the areas of
chiropractic sports medicine, chiropractic orthopedics, chiropractic
forensics, and disability evaluation, make him uniquely qualified to
accurately evaluate, diagnose, and treat many conditions. While the
following is not an all inclusive list, it is designed to give you
