2. What is a Certified Sports Chiropractor? What is Dr. Kenney's
Sports Experience?

A Certified Sports Chiropractor has undergone extensive post-doctoral training in the area of sports medicine and has passed a certification examination. Dr. Kenney has not only received this certification from the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Chiropractors but has used this knowledge extensively. In addition to treating many mountaineers and local skiers, he has served as the chiropractor for three professional tennis tournaments, professional snowboarding races, and professional ski races. He has served as the Medical Director for Chiropractic Services for the US Pro Ski Tour.

3. What is a Board Certified Chiropractic Orthopedist?

Dr. Kenney is a Diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Orthopedists. He underwent post-doctoral training for four years and completed a written and practical examination. This is a level of training that less than 6% of all chiropractors achieve. This training assures Dr. Kenney's patients the highest level of diagnostic and treatment skills available.

4. What is a Certified Independent Chiropractic Examiner?

A Certified Independent Chiropractic Examiner is a chiropractic doctor who has undergone examination and certification by the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners. ABIME certification was created to establish and maintain standards of conduct and performance among independent medical examiners. ABIME is recognized by the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, which sponsors state of the art training courses in impairment and disability evaluation. 5. What is a Certified Disability Examiner?

A Certified Disability Examiner has taken extensive post-doctoral training in the arena of disability evaluation and impairment rating. Dr. Kenney successfully completed the Commission on Disability Examiner Certification examination. This examination consists of both a written and practical component. Dr. Kenney scored the highest of all the Medical, Osteopathic, and Chiropractic doctors who took the examination in 1998 and was awarded the Robert W. Sandell DC, CDE I Certification Award form the National Association of Disability Examining Professionals. There are
fewer than 50 chiropractors in the country who have this certification.

6. What is a Forensic Chiropractor?

Forensic chiropractic is a science that deals with the relation and application of chiropractic facts to legal problems. A forensic chiropractor performs an orderly analysis, investigation, inquiry, test, or examination in an attempt to obtain the truth and from which to make an expert opinion. Forensic chiropractors are utilized by the courts, attorneys, and insurers to evaluate the appropriateness of care. They work with law enforcement agencies and Special Investigative Units to evaluate possible fraud. Forensic  Chiropractors are experts in evaluation of disability and impairment as well. Forensic Chiropractors are trained to meet the criteria of Federal Rule of Evidence 702 pertaining to expert witnesses. Dr. Kenney has passed the Certification Examination as an Independent Chiropractic Forensic Medical Examiner administered by the International Board of Forensic Scientists and Examiners. Dr. Kenney is one of fewer than 50 chiropractors in the country that are board certified.

7. Does Dr. Kenney do any consulting or teaching?

Dr. Kenney has served as a consultant to the two largest insurers in the state of New Hampshire.. He is a post-doctoral instructor for the National College of Chiropractic certified to teach courses in occupational medicine, chiropractic orthopedics, and the chiropractic assistant program. He has lectured around the country to groups for national associations and colleges.

Dr. Kenney is also the President of Professional Training Solutions, Inc. (PTS). PTS is a national training company that provides post-doctoral training to other chiropractors as well as MDs, DOs, PAs, and RNPs,
